• Deliver quality management consulting services to clients in a variety of industries
• Assist in meeting project budgets and timelines and negotiations and/or conflict resolution with clients
• Engage new clients and recommend expanded services to current clients
• Maintain current knowledge base in area of expertise
• Support internal business unit and firm operations

Consulting Manager (5 to 7+ years consulting experience)/
Senior Manager (More than 7 years)

• Engagement planning and administration, including staff management on large, complex engagements as well as concurrent engagements in a variety of industries
• Ensure project budget and timeliness goals are achieved as well as commit to cost-effectiveness without increasing risk
• Assist in the effective management of engagement staff
• Build relationships and network with individuals from other services and from outside of the firm
• Maintain and expand knowledge base in area of expertise
• Support and enhance internal business unit and firm operations
